Happy New Years!!! (2026)

Hihiiii!!! Happy (belated) new years!!!! I hope everyone's had a happy holidays!

This begins the first full year out of art school in college. January comes back around, and I don't have school to go back to, just work, and finding work... Right now I work at Dollar Tree, which is fine for now, but it's not the best for my mental health. So if anything, my new year's resolution is to find something more fulfilling, like working in a craft store, a print shop, or a bakery, cafe, or flower shop! Something that really speaks to me... and doesn't drain me of my lifespan every time I clock in LOL.

Besides that, though, there's now the chance to move to Virginia with my dad!!! I've usually been one to keep as much family stuff outside of my social media as possible, but with this brings lots of new things... New environment, new possibilities, and I'd actually be closer to the beach and New England, which is AWESOME for my beach city girl dreams and me trying to get to big events! My dad and I still have stuff to work through, especially with the whole idea of me being queer, but with this, I actually feel pretty good about this. The new year looks bright. Well, except for political news, despite me almost having a mental breakdown about recent developments, I'm... not going to put that in this blog (for now).
