Hihiii!! It's Brielle coming with a STARā„GAB post again! I'm thinking of just continuing to do these once or twice every month, I like the sound of that. I'd post more often but I have so much other stuff going on!! With that said, now the January blues and February romance is over, March Maddness takes hold!!!! Now lately I'm all about "living as my future self today." Now I'm out of college, I should have no excuse as to why I should hold back my personal goals - things like working out, eating healthier, etc. Don't get me wrong, being a big cutie is awesome, but I'd just like to trim off a little bit, especially considering the hormone therapy I'm going through.
Ramblings aside, this is all to say that I think it's a great idea to keep in mind that if you have a goal lifestyle in mind, you should practice that lifestyle and mindset today. Starting off, it can be very hard and really difficult, but with discipline, repetition, and lots of heart, I believe you can do anything your mind to! So if your dream is to be a smarter business person who styles herself fashionably, stretch those fashion muscles and buy some planners, research ways to accomplish your dream, go to expos and panels to meet like-minded people! If your goal is to work out and be your own model, take those photos, pump those weights! Can you tell I'm on an emotional high? Haha!
With that said, I know it can be hard to keep it going long term. I just started my routine a couple weeks ago, but I know with my neurodivergence and depression, my motivation comes in waves. The hardest part will be consistency and perseverance. But it's best to keep going, to keep trying when you can, because at any moment you'll wake up, and life will be completely different than the days before, for the moonlight is a messenger of love...ā„
